When you're lost in motherhood, it’s easy to think something’s wrong with you. But what if postnatal depression isn’t just hormonal… what if it’s a signal from your soul?
In this final episode of our 3-part series, we explore how disconnection from your core values can manifest as sadness, guilt, or emotional numbness—and how reconnecting with your values can help you reclaim a sense of peace, purpose, and presence in motherhood.
I’ll share a personal story (spoiler: it involves crying babies, dog poo, and people-pleasing) and walk you through the process of identifying what truly matters to you, so you can begin parenting from a place of self-trust, rather than performance.
🎧 This episode is a reminder: You’re not broken. You might just be out of alignment.

In this unscripted episode, I share the honest, sometimes messy, and always real story of my yoga journey.
How I found it, lost it, broke up with it (more than once), and eventually came home to it in a whole new way.
We bust the myths, dive into nervous system truths, and explore why yoga has nothing to do with how you look—and everything to do with how you feel.
If you’ve ever thought yoga “wasn’t for you,” this is your sign to come to the mat... and find your way.
Want to start calming the chaos? We got you!
Personal Growth is messy and sometimes you just need to know you're not "doing it wrong".

Nobody tells you that becoming a mother often begins with grieving the woman you used to be.
In this powerful episode of The Filosophy Podcast, I share my personal experience with the emotional layers of postnatal depression — or what I now call a motherhood identity crisis. We explore the grief of losing your old self, how sleep deprivation and nervous system overload impact your mental health, and why self-compassion is the foundation of healing.
If you're navigating this transition or supporting someone who is, I hope this honest reflection reminds you that you're not alone — and that grief, identity shifts, and deep love can all exist at once.
Take what you need, leave what you don’t, and let what resonates land in your body of wisdom.

This episode is for the woman quietly holding everything together, while falling apart inside. The mother. The daughter. The leader. If you've ever found yourself caring for your kids and your aging parents while barely staying afloat… this is your permission slip to breathe.
I share the raw, personal story of my mother’s passing, and the unexpected unraveling that followed, physically, emotionally, spiritually. But inside that grief was a quiet invitation: to surrender, to slow down, and to come home to something deeper.
We explore:
The energetics of grief and how it impacts the body (especially the lungs)
What it means to be in the sandwich generation
How rituals, rest, and spiritual surrender helps healing
Rebuilding from the inside out — without forcing the timeline
A reminder: You’re allowed to be in pieces and still be powerful.
This isn’t the end, it’s the beginning of a deeper kind of strength.

In this episode of The Filosophy Podcast, I share the deeply personal (and often messy) reality of navigating perimenopause.... a phase of life that’s so much more than just hormones.
From kitchen floor meltdowns to brain fog that feels like an out-of-body experience, I take you behind the scenes of my own journey.... emotionally, physically, and spiritually. We talk about why this isn’t just a “woman’s health issue” but a rite of passage that deserves reverence, not resistance.
You’ll hear practical tools for managing the intense ups and downs, insights into how I use structure, spiritual practices, and nervous system work to stay connected, and an honest invitation to let go of who you’ve been to meet who you’re becoming.
Whether you’re in the thick of it or just starting to notice changes.... this one's for you.

What happens when overthinking disconnects you from your intuition?
In this episode, Fionna shares a recent aha moment involving a deep-dive into becoming a psychologist (yes, spreadsheets and all 🙈) and how it became the wake-up call she didn’t know she needed.
Through spiritual rituals, kriya yoga, and nervous system regulation, she found her way back to clarity—not by doing more, but by being more present.
✨ This is your reminder that clarity doesn’t come from spreadsheets—it comes from presence.
